The pillow is comfortable and easy to inflatedeflate but the built in stow away pocket is awkward and doesnt work very well

Pros very portable when deflated easy to inflate handy pocket for holding a phone or similar sized object when in use neck divot works well to keep head from lolling around fabric is very softcons hard to fold back up in the same way it was delivered the cap doesnt stay closed after the first usenote the one i received does not have the clip shown in the item picture when folded in on itself nor does it have a loop to put a clip on
