Great pillows. I used to use the regular pillows (non-travel size), but since you never end up using the top of the pillow anyway it seemed like a waste, so I've switched to using these full time (both at home and on travel). I have a couple on hand as they do wear out and if you are using them for neck issues like I am, it's better to replace one than try and get a few more weeks out of it at the cost of headaches.  Read Less
