Better than uv zappers. They are especially useful if you don't want to use insecticides. It’s a little hard to peel without touching the sticky stuff.

It took one of the butterfly traps to get the hang of removing thebacking from both sides but as long as you remove from the bottom where you stick the pointedend into the plant and slowly peel away the backing it comes off easily in one piece
