Their customer service is great and i really like the quality of their products
Ive been using tranya products for a while now and this lives up to the quality reputation
The sleep recorded is not also syncing with the phone app for some reason screenshot but shows on the watch
The interface was ugly when i turned it on and you can even see the glitching when i press the top right power button
Price
The price is excellent and it looks a lot like the samsung watch with a ton of features
Its exactly what i need and the price is outstanding
The tranya s2 however is very good and cost me almost 10 times less than these two options

Comes in very nice packaging i was impressed at that

Competitiveness
I have purchased multiple tranya products now and i definitely will continue to do so in the future
The product description on amazon is very accurate as it is with all tranya products
Its quite big for a ladys wrist
I only use the walking mode which compared to my wifes apple watch was pretty accurate

But since the fitbit versa 2 is about 3 times the price of the tranya watch you really cant expect it to have all the same features
