Pros
Product cuts 85% noise of truck horn and 100% cuts noise of bikes. They very effectively reduce noise by at least 20db. Very comfortable for me.
Cons
It's like a chewing gum that gets dirty when you try to shape with your fingers. Foam works better than this. Feels like expired chewing gum.
Noise cancellation is non existent. Not worth a penny.

They are easily moldable to your ears and thus block out about 95 of all noises
