Pros

Using this to train for kilimanjaro. The dial thing makes it easy to back it down though if you start to get a little winded. When i recouped a little bit i just dialed up a little more to finish the workouts.

It works much better now but the seal is not always airtight. The training mask 3. Is incredibly user-friendly, and the package includes a comprehensive how-to manual, making setup a breeze.

The only problem with the mask is the ear holes are very annoying. But even if it does rip or whatever, they give you a 1-year warranty on the sleeve itself if you fill out your registration, so it was worth it.

The only plus is that this may be cosmetically more appealing than its predecessor. It's a non-returnable item, so i'm stuck with it and out the money.
