It simply does not let you breath chaotically and teaches you to breath properly even under heavy load always

It’s better used for weight lifting and stretching you can do cardio activities with it but it tends to move around regardless of how tight you adjust it

Don’t put it on the highest elevation until you’ve tried it out during a workout or run first
