Since this is a training environment miller offers safety and coaching tips. Based upon miller’s background in martial arts. Only reason i'm giving 4 not 5 is that intended audience for this book is instructors, which i am not.

Each drill has their own underlining principle. The drills are really great in that they are not just drilling techniques. Some of the drills are done in a lot of tmas.

I highly recommend this work to others that wish to learn much about how to deal with the possibility of sudden violence
Based upon miller’s background in martial arts more of the ‘why’s’ are included with the ‘how’s’
But as i entered the second half with the guide to scenario teaching i was reenthused

That small section alone is worth the price of the book
