Since this is a training environment miller offers safety and coaching tips. Based upon miller’s background in martial arts. Only reason i'm giving 4 not 5 is that intended audience for this book is instructors, which i am not.

This book is obviously both a distillation of that experience and an edited version of mr miller's own notes for his seminars. Rory miller is a great thinker and teacher and this is another fine book by him. While i may not agree with everything he sa... Read More

Each drill has their own underlining principle. The drills are really great in that they are not just drilling techniques. Some of the drills are done in a lot of tmas.

Book was riddled with grammatical errors and must have again been self published. I train in boxing, muay thai and bjj and the author has either never been in a fight or is straight up delusional. Save your time and your money, the 90s are over and th... Read More

But as i entered the second half with the guide to scenario teaching i was reenthused
