Pros
The very bottom of my earlobes show, but haven't been cold so far. It has great reviews and doesn't disappoint! Great quality and fit. And looks classy.
This headband blocks the cold wind from my ears. My run is 1 hr 40 min, so i haven't used this band for longer than that. Probably good for warmer winter temps or cool fall temps.
The band sets right above my eyebrows and doesn't move around. It covers my ears without interfering with the collar of my coat. It stays in place for me just fine!
Cons
Headband is not thick at all and does not block wind well. Pony tail hole is not practical and not needed. Inside is fleece-like, but it's extremely thin. So tight it gave me a headache on a 3 mile run.

It doesnt get super cold around here but the ears can get chilly on a walk even if its 50 degrees out

It doesnt work great for the hair until you really stick the pony tail out the back to sort of keep it in place
