Pros

The taste is pretty earthy, with hints of licorice and mint. Flavor is strong but good if you like minty things. This is some of the best licorice that i've tasted in ages.

This tea definitely works in increasing milk production in lactating mothers. I use to struggle with terrible menstrual cramps which would disrupted my day.

Cons

It's not recommended for breastfeeding moms to infest that seed. Comparing the taste of this tea with the same brand, same type but bought in store, this tastes wayyy milder. Twice the seller messed up my order.
