Pros

Great length for boys (around 3-5 years old) and super soft and durable. They are sturdy enough to have sword fights but soft enough that they can hit each other without hurting. Blade is flexible and lacks the stiff core found in other foam swords.

Swords are good size for 3 year old. They are fun to play with and we have mini sword fights with my 2 yr old. My kids say there are ninja swords (blue handle) and pirate swords (red handle) the foam swords create excitement and fun in the classroom.

Cons

Four of the six swords were broken in some way, shape or fashion. Even after gluing them, several apart after only 2 weeks of play. More like daggers. It stops just short of the handle and that's why they break.
