No book is a substitute for knowing your business's style and culture. Fluff and filler comprise 90% of this book. This book is exactly why such a high percentage of people are unhappy at work.
Eos traction is a scam designed to feed on indecisive business owners. This whole system is garbage for the easily manipulated which is why it's easy to find eos constant/life coaches.
Airport convenience stores are full of this kind of consulting onanism. Any mentor or manager who suggests you read this, wants you to assimilate into hateful practices that divide, marginalize and exclude.
It promotes a dumbing down of everything to middling khaki ideas which end up litigated to death. It is a system that very much encourages corporate speak groupthink. An uninspiring and boring business jargon corporate babble talk.
Many people are gushing about what gino wickman articulates in this rubbish, is why it’s 2023 and racism, sexism, classism and other forms of bigotry are alive and thriving.
