Pros

Large lcd screen & keyboard for a flip phone. Camera works, but the * are not 'raised' like some phones, so you have to press carefully. Turn your house on with a touch of a button.

Cons

Product seal was already opened and repackaged. Each promo code is valid for one month in 2015 and 2016. Lost over 400 purchased minutes during the transfer from my old to new phones.

Texts take a long time and misspelling is frequent. Volume/speakers tend to be tinny even at loud settings. The ringtone selection is poor, and the volume is too low even turned up all the way.
