I gave it up for a while thinking i could get the same coverage through taking a regular multi along with spirulina but i was surprised that spirulina does not typically contain the full spectrum of minerals

For such a comprehensive multi with 4 tablets per serving it is a bit disappointing that it only contains 5mcg of vitamin d 25 dv 29 vitamin k only 7mg of zinc and only 0

The 880mg vegetable blend sounds nice but 624mg of it is actually just alfalfa and so all the other veggie ingredients total only 161mg and 95mg
