Pros
The mio packets provide a b-vitamin mix and caffeine. Works well and hydrates as needed for high level workouts. Makes me feel amazing. Keeps you hydrated and tastes good.
I dilute into my 24oz water bottle and it’s still good! The drink mix is also a good reminder to have a full glass of water. I mix the power into a bottle of propel & it's reduces muscle cramps considerably.
Passion fruit is the best flavor that i’ve tried so far. It's not my very favorite flavor, but it's not bad. I am picky when it comes to the flavor of my electrolytes.
Cons
Not to my liking. I think it’s ridiculous that my product that i pay for shows up in this conditioned. It is very * tasting and does not show any positive effects.

I had tried the guava passion fruit flavor it tastes pretty good and like guava if you add more water otherwise it is a citrus taste
