Fantastic product. Even though this is lacking in %/quantity in certain areas, it is still better than what i normally take and makes it much easier to do so. Would purchase again.
This multivitamin has more than just the essential vitamins. My purpose of taking this multiv vitamin is to increase stamina and energy levels. Easily one of the best multi vitamins on the market especially for the price.

Cons
The bottle was opened and resealed. There was no desiccant pack in the pill bottle. The rest are stuck together like glue in the bottle.

I am only taking two tablets as i am already using their minerals drops in my drinking water as well as i make at least one superfood smoothie a day i dont want to over dose on vitamins and minerals

The screw cap on my bottle is cracked when i got it which is a bit sad likely happened during transits so i am not going to take any star off because of this
