Easy to use and read plus the kick stand is great when you need to be hands free like writing down info

When that breaks the unit is completely useless because the internal gears are no longer held properly in place

The first time the joint at the collapsible fold fell apart within a month

It did not pursue a warranty claim because i was fairly rough with the sleeve you must lower over the joint as it continually got stuck which may have contributed to the joint failure

The second one purchased in july 2017 lasted two full years of weekly use until the joint failed at the same point a couple days ago
