Pros
Included is a poe injector for installations near or in the ceilings. There is only one rj45 port, so it functions as a wired extender. Or you can wire a non-wifi device into it and turn that device into a wifi device.
Cons
This unit seems to be generally unreliable as an access point.

If the product ever fails ill update this review with the purchase date and failure dates

It worked like a champ and took about 15 minutes to setup
This shouldnt be seen as a true negative though considering the price

Couldnt get the repeater mode to work but it solves my initial problem of wireless range just fine in ap mode

One drawback the repeater mode can only work with wep security setting

I followed the instructions on the supplied cd for configuring the device which only took a few minutes and i was able to access the setup for the device

You must configure this device prior to connecting to the internet and the second thing you do is to connect directly to it with a computer per the instructions
