When i connected a 3rdgigabit device it showed connected at 1 gbps but it would limit the speed to 100 mbps

My application isnt very demanding im connecting an av receiver a blu ray player and a fire stick to a wired ethernet port but i see no reason why the switch wouldnt work for any application where you want to connect up to 4 devices to a router

Finally ive seen other reviews that question which switch port should be used to connect to your router versus the remote devices
