One of the standout features of this camera is its long-lasting rechargeable batteries. Good motion detection and notification, easy-ish set up, good battery life. Just the fact that you can remove the battery or hot-swap batteries is amazing.
When it comes to safeguarding your home, the tp-link outdoor wireless security camera is an absolute game-changer. Wifi range is about the same as i'm getting with tuya/smartlife at least 40 yards/meters. The outdoor cameras are wired.
The hub works flawlessly. Updating the hub & camera takes a long time.
The quality of their cameras and the software that you use to configure and control them is excellent. At this price, discounted by the substantial coupon, this kit is a good deal.
Cons
Bandwidth isn't enough for smooth live video playback. Even streaming from the sd card is janky. The most annoying feature is the beta pet detection.
