Pros
I regret not buying a mesh system sooner as these have been such a massive quality of life improvement. Their commitment to providing excellent customer service is commendable.
Deco multi-ap system is a dream right out of the box. Easy to setup with advanced customization settings.
Cons
Ghz coverage is worse than on my provider's router. Ghz devices are not able to connect to deco wifi. G is much slower when transfer data from pc to nas.
This is a blatant cash grab. It is hidden from the end consumer, it is predatory. Would not recommend it to other buyers.
Was constantly disconnecting. Tried rebooting, updating firmware, and resetting multiple times. It’s always crashing, i need to reset it constantly.

Works like a charm and the option to make it a simple ap or use in router mode is a welcome feature
At least once a week id have to unplug the hh2000 completely and let it reboot
Has not dropped network connection even once

This is an excellent inexpensive wifi mesh that works perfectly for our house
Im already giving them 100 per month for crappy slow internet
For the price range you can’t go wrong
However it is still worth it for regular price as it is amazing

Package arrived on time 3 days i think and was commercially packaged very well
Packaging/appearance
The only complaint i have is the box had been opened and the network cable was missing
I bought the extra security package and get so much information and protection from that
Competitiveness
These are also a great price when compared with many other brands
The wifi on this model is slower than our old wifi6 setup and i regret not buying the model above this one

Be careful though when setting these up on a network that already has a dhcp server
