I had hoped to reuse the old bracket but it was easier to replace the bracket than mess with the rusted now cut filter clamp screw

I screwed one bolt from the underside of the frame just to position the other bracket hole correctly to get the second bolt started then i removed the temporary bolt on the underside and put it in properly from the top of the frame

Cracking the gas line requires a 14 mm flare nut wrench with a little cheater and a 19 mm open end wrench
