The insert had a very hard plastic feel and it made the headset too small for my 4

Decent quality soundcushy and comfortable for young kidscons can be hard to fit because theres only 2 sizeswith the insert the earphone part is a little too high on my 5 year old and without the insert its a tad too low

I turned it up as loud as it could go and it didnt hurt my ears but it was loud enough to hear well

They broke just after a few uses but contacted company and they sent me a replacement pair
