No scratches so far the magnet is really strong so i definitely feel like my laptop is at protected at least from scratches and such but i ordered the dark green and the color doesn’t match up it’s more of a faded teal which i do like so it’s not a big deal for me but just be aware of that if you’re super committed to the color being what it looks like on the screen
