I do not do anything special with the water other than using filtered waterand it always turns out spectacular

It was ice and it chilled my whiskey but it was more cracked and had little white crystals all over the outside of the sphere

The spheres sometimes crack a little along a seam when i pour my scotch over it but the spheres dont break apart on me

This is a really great ice mold for a rocks glass but good luck getting it to fit into something with a smaller mouth

You cant go wrong with just filling it up tot he the line indicated on the bottom part of the molds set on a flat service inside your freezer wait several hours prestoyou got cool sphere ice
