They say you should replace the rubber seal, but mine looked fine to me, and it has not leaked since i changed the bulb. It's fantastic and i would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade!

Make sure to seal it super tight (fixture) and use a new gasket. The pool looks so much better and brighter. Tomorrow i clean the pool excuse the messy pool but dang it’s like 2x brighter than the standard yellow bulb.
