Pros

The instructions are clear so that even i was able to do it. This is awesome! Watching my kids (18 and 21) get used to was also highly entertaining.

It is not so hard to install as i think, super convenient for the kitchen when you're filling a pot, washing off floured hands, or handling raw meats. Install is straight forward just a bit tedious and time consuming.

Motion activated faucet allows you to switch between regular and spray water. No more reaching for handles or nozzle.

The motion sensor works as it should. I love the functionality of hands free activation. It is not too tall, like some of the other motion sensor faucets.

Cons

The water sprays out everywhere and the sensor comes on even when you are not close to the faucet. Not fair. It also is advertised at dual sensor, the top sensor isn't actually a sensor, it turns water on and off when using the pull down hose.
