In spite of some shipping issues our first brewer appeared to be in good shape out of the box

Also the xbold cups andor the xlarge cups are to my knowledge not available yet

1 appearance right out of the box the touch looks older than my six year old breville stainless coffee maker that died

Competitiveness

This machine makes the best tasting coffee i ever had from a kcup machine

Wish it had a 4oz setting for oatmeal but it makes very good coffee
