Yes, they're not cheap but it's money well spent in my opinion. One of the best features is the deodorizer. It's expensive, but for some people it will be worth the price.
The nozzles and customizability take some fine tuning by the user, but once you get a groove you will find washing a breeze. Personal wash and dry functions are also adjustable. Both washer and dryer self clean as they retract after use.
It senses you and opens up automatically, welcoming you. It startles you, but you are pleasantly surprised. The beeps and boops make it a real personality.
Cons
Toto toilet has defective rear wash function. There is now no trained toto technician within 50 miles of our home.

Had to change the water supply fitting in the wall since it uses a proprietary supply valve with a built in inlet screen and i had a standard compression 1234 angle stop for the numi

One concern is that to change or clean the screen you will have to shut off the main water supply to the house and drain the cold water lines
