The chemical reaction softens the compound so it is easy to mix and spread. Once mixed it works very well to fill voids. It is not too gooey and sticky to your gloves.

Cons
My only hope is that it stays in place and seals the door. Total boat says i'd didn't mix it 50/50, so i used a precise weight measure, still a mess. Do not buy.

This stuff sticks well and sands easily however it is very thick and not so easy to mix
