Pros

Total hydration is a zero calorie electrolyte replacement. It helps keep you hydrated and helps you rehydrate quickly. It has higher magnesium than some of the others i looked at.

Cons

This stuff is an overpriced scam. Instructions say drink a bunch of water. No need for this product. Read the instruction manual.
