Pros

Looks stylish. Not too big. My expectation is that it will last this summer. No regrets here. We will never regret this purchase.

Btu unit cools 300sq-foot bedroom within minutes. Gallon/hour draining of water helps keep room cool. A/cools 700 sq foot apartment.

Saved me and my little dog from sweltering heat in oc ca during the aug heatwave avg 100 degrees. With the sleep mode it is like a purring humidifier but the benefit of the extremely cold air means we could sleep in peace in this insane heatwave.

Cons

This a/c unit blows cold but does not cool down a 10x10 room. It's just to much water and not enough cooling. Problem is that it never really reaches the set temp and ac shuts off before getting anywhere near set point.

This product looks pretty but it is a terrible disappointment. Plus this merchant maybe has absolutely the worst customer service so i’d stay far. It is way easier buying local because the amount of time prime takes is ridiculous.

Leak the drain clean the filters a good wipe down

The portable air conditioner works well looks good and is easy to operate

After a couple of days the compressor entirely failed and the unit would still run the fan but no longer cool the air at all

Universal hoses and panels to lengthen or extend do not seem to fit this unit

Price

For the price… i’m very happy with this purchase

The price was great and size is excellent

Given what these units typically sell for i paid 310 sending a repair tech out would be cost prohibitive

But honestly for the price and convenience and ease of installation i don’t mind

The delivery guy was great and carried it to where i needed to install it

I contacted customer service and received solid support

Within 24 hours of sending everything they asked for they already had an entirely new unit on its way to us

On arrival i have a missing piece but i wrote to the store and they shipped the missing piece right away speedy service actually

Packaging/appearance

Aesthetically it looks great and matches my rooms style perfectly which is why this unit caught my eye to begin with

And if storing it in an attic i like to cover all the opening so bugs don’t get in

Much better value than the ones i tried from costco

I have a similar model by gree which is nearly identical that doesnt do this

It operates much better than another unit we have from a different manufacturer

I am saying this compared to a second one that i am also currently using at a different location
