Theres only a few downsidesthe hinge of the earrings is a bit rough so if you have a habit of spinning your earrings you can definitely tell when you hit the hinge along with that when putting in the earrings the clasp seems to offset itself when you open it so if you have just gotten your ears pierced i might not recommend these because you have to fiddle with it a bit to realign it and it even hurt my ears to try to get it to clip perfect the rings deformed too easily while trying to close them
