This cervical ice pack is wonderful for elbow use! It’s comfortable and easily wraps around my ankle.

Mojility pack gets extremely cold but remains pliable. Store in the freezer in a ziploc to protect it. This molds easily to the area you need cold.

Used to us the soft ice packs from the * store, but those pail in comparison. This ice pack is the one my physical therapist uses. Highly recommend for personal or clinic use for occupational therapy/physical therapy.
