Pros

This product exceeds my expectation.

The torex cold pack is the most amazing ice pack/cold compress ever! It is not hard like most ice packs. When it’s solid frozen it still is playable and soft. These ice packs are the best one you will find.

Oversized to fit my shoulder and bicep. Covers large areas. It covers my whole ankle circumference.

Rotator cuff this is a must have. Price is right, easy to use and it really helps my shoulder pain and swelling.

Cons

Maybe just for inflammation but not if pain is involved. I much prefer the other gel packs we have because they have nice washable covers on them. The soft touch construction feels very thin and vulnerable to puncture.

Smelled horrible and after putting it in freezer, seemed to be leaking. It starts to soak through the pillowcase i have it in. After it’s in the freezer it freezes as hard as a rock. It is crunchy as if there are ice crystals in it.
