Pros

Shipped fast and packaged well. Much cheaper to buy in bulk with the rea concentrate. The torani pump also works perfectly with this size bottle.

On the page it states eligible for refund or replacement but that just links to the information that explains that this item can't be returned or refunded.

It has a strong chemical taste. In fact, it's not edible. There was no peppermint flavor not a hint. More like a cough syrup smell and flavor.

It's like they didn't bother to put anything in the sugar mixture. No vanilla at all. Wasted 35 on these bottles of syrup. Looks like they came without a lid and they burst open in transit.
