It has a strong chemical taste. In fact, it's not edible. This tases nothing like any hazlenut flavor i ever had before from any company. This one is a definite miss.

It has a bad cinnamon taste that overpowers the brown sugar. The syrup is spoiled or rancid or contaminated or something.

This 4 pack was a real bargain

Cheaper than i can find in most stores and it comes right to my house

These syrups were a great price when i bought them

I was paying 5 for a small one at walmart

Shipping

I received my order in two days and all bottles were intact and within expiration

Got the product fast and it taste great

Arrived 2 days late and it was shipped from whittier california to covina california

I sent photographs of the broken caps and of the shipping box with the lot number to torani who then replaced the two bottles

Packaging/appearance

Product came in perfect condition on time delivery

But wish it still came in glass bottles

I was thinking i was getting 4 of the store sized bottles but to my surprise they are the big bottles like you see at coffee shops

I go through a lot of this syrup and this 4 pack deal is by far the best you will find

I have not gone back to starbucks since i purchased my breville and these syrups
