Pros

It's a glass bottle but it was in an appropriate sized box and bubble wrap securely wrapped around the bottle. This one has a great flavor and none of that bitter aftertaste.

I'm an iced coffee gal. I use the syrup in the foam and it stays frothy. You only need a little because it is very sweet.

It’s a hit at the house, and the campsite. Pretty versatile for a syrup. The sugar free syrup is da bomb.

Cons

The bottle itself lists cane sugar as the first ingredient. I enjoy several other torani sugar free flavors, but this was disgusting.

My item was delivered broken and unusable. For those following ww(weight watchers) this is 5sp instead of 0.

Arrived well packed and in timely manner

Ordered this 2 days ago it came today

I had it on auto ship but it is often sold out so i just have to grab a bottle when i can

Packaging/appearance

I saw a lot of people received broken bottles mine is perfect also lots received regular instead of sugar freemine is what i ordered

They wrapped it twice in bubble wrap and added air pillows all around the glass bottle in the box

Luckily none spilled in the box because of the bubble wrap casing it came in

The only issue i had was that it arrived with the cap completely busted
