They were never mistreated, just normal use. However, when one or both of the radios goes indoors, the radio signal degradation is huge. Then out of nowhere one just won’t connect to any of the other ones.

The battery certainly didnt fail us

One weird thing is the belt clip plate is right over the top of the lid for the batteries so that was kind of weird trying to get the battery plate off with the clip in the way
