Pros

It takes a little time and basic skill to sharpen but it holds its edge like no other. Although both are lighter, they are still substantial enough to baton and no less durable than the tops.

It fits nicely on my molle on the side of my red rock molle bag! The thermo-plastic sheath and ferro rod that i received with mine are the perfect mate to this knife. The kydex sheath is simple but has a perfect fit, and a solid belt clip.

This is now in my part of my edc kit. Has the capability to do fine tasks as well as powering through material to get a fire going.

Gimping is a bit agressive but not a deal breaker. All three serve a purpose, at least mentally or emotionally. Tops definitely knows how to build em.

Cons

The ferro rod it comes with is so small it is hard to get a good amount of sparks off of it. The bow drill divot is off center of the handle and makes it harder to hold while using. Handle is garbage scuffed coming out the sheath.

Having known the quality of their knives i was ready to buy when the coyote tan caught my eye

Price

Price was a factor in my decision but it was the lowest in priority

It is a well made blade and the price wasntbad at all

Packaging/appearance

The knife just feels right and i love how it snaps into the kydex sheath

Built solid and extremely sharp out of the package

Competitiveness

I also have a morakniv black carbon blade with striker that i keep on my side because it is lightweight and does light duty tasks

I would highly recommend this knife to anyone who enjoys highquality woodsmenoriented products

I am very picky with my kydex sheaths because i actually make kydex products

The kydex sheath could be better but it will do for most
