The paper material itself is very sturdy and holds up nicely when using thick drawing utensils. One of them likes to use ink and this type of paper fulfills his expectations. Paper seems durable.
Cons
The entire pad was printed on creased paper in 4 spots all the way across the sheet. Now i see it won't work for appraisal sketches of houses.

I didnt like the logo being in every pages corner as another reviewer mentioned

And even more i didnt like that the logo was upside down on the back of every page implying you are to flip the page upside down when you turn it over

What i really didnt like is the darkness and thickness of the lines

Though not as dark as the worst i have seen there is just something about the color and thickness of the lines that makes you feel like you have to press really hard with your pencil because what youre writing competes with the lines for dominance
