Wore once, fits really snug. It fit my calf perfectly with comfort. I wear it -tight-, so it digs in a little.

The ankle holster has a pocket sewn into it which can be used for smaller guns. Perfect for my glock42 and spare mag. Its perfect for my mossberg mc1sc (same size as a glock 43) fits my glock 26 like a dream.
The bugbite only used tight fabric for retention, so i already feel like this is more of a traditional holster. This holster stays up on your let and is comfortable. The only concern is the longevity of the elastic holster portion.
Cons
The upper strap is too short to go around your calf. If you're trying to keep it concealed, the muzzle will slide well down into the holster. This ankle holster is not a durable option.
The retention strap is stretchy and the snap is weak. The bottom velcro strap is too short.

Worn properly it does not slide down so the tip of the weapon does not poke out from the trouser cuff
