My understanding is that you can put a 15amp receptacle on a 20amp circuit but not the other way around it doesnt meet code

And it is further my understanding that if you ever had a fire because you had a 20amp outlet on a 15amp circuit your homeowners insurance could deny the claim

It is a tad larger than your standard outlet but they all are regardless of which manufacturer

This is a premium unit but if you have any type of transformer or adapter plugged in to any of the outlets you cannot access the usb ports
