Pros
The default settings work great out of the box. Sometimes my phone needs charging while i'm taking care of other things. It's also pretty handy to not have to turn the lights on or off.
Humidity rises and on it comes and turns of when it falls. Neutrals get grouped in one big nut.
The shower light works splendidly as dim lighting for the whole bathroom and it kicks on as soon as you walk in or open the door. The bath fan word flawlessly. Humidity sensor works good, wish there was a 55% humidity option, but it turns on just fine... Read More
The motion detector seems to be fairly sensitive. Humidity indicators to approximate the set point (around +/- 5%). I want 50% or less in my bathroom and am convinced that the lowest the sensor will go is 60% rh.
Cons

This product was easy to install and has good pir coverage for the lights and automatic humidity control for the fan
Every shower since installation has triggered the fan and the bathroom mirror has not even fogged up
Any of the three possibilities i can come up with short of taking the unit apart will cause the gfci to trip and be useless

The instructions for installation were pretty good

The light switch and fan switch i had previously were stacked and sometimes we would accidentally turn off the fan when we tried to turn off the light

Or my roommates would turn off the fan because the bathroom looked clear no fog on the glass and then when i go in it just feels so humid

You just have to be aware that if youre gonna take a long bath or a long shower that the lights might turn off on you

Luckily for me my bathroom is pretty small so i just have to stick my hand out from behind the shower curtain and the lights turn back on
