I tried to take it off and it started peeling off into little bits and it was stuck very tightly to the trash can

Something this size with a click lid is hard to find in stores

The lid is perfect and you can put it on so that the sticker faces the opposite direction from the opening which solves the sticker issue so many people lose their minds about with this specific brand of waste basket
