The topens are sturdier, and faster. Even the mother boards are 1/3 the price if you need to replace after warranty. This brand comes with many add on accessories and has water proof fittings on the bottom of the box. Thank you shelley for outstanding... Read More

Only complaint by me is that it starts out opening really slowly. Next task is to make the brackets stay tight and close my gates evenly.

Topens gate works great and is super handy. No batteries or chargers to go bad. Direct 120 volt to 24 volt transformer. Quieter and more easily customizable.

Cons

Topens claims 90 day refund, but won't refund because it's bought through amazon. Flimsy bracket connectors. Missing pieces, power supply. Rusted items. I will have to buy a new gate and the mighty mule and try all over again.
