The one con that i have found with it is in its clamp. Keeps the paniers from rubbing on your wheels/tires.

Took ten minutes with a 4mm hex wrench. It mounts easily and is high quality.
Cons
The bend is right across a threaded point so its been weakened. The picture betrays the buyer.

As with all topeak products this pannier frame is light stiff comes with clear instructions and is simple to install with just an allen key
Works great with my topeak trunk bag
The weight is minimal and if you are using it to commute this is a useful upgrade for your topeak beam rack

On smooth roads and at low speed the cords alone will hold the bags off the wheel but any decent jolt will cause them to hit
