The only reason i didnt give it a 5 is because it needs to come with the dc adaptor to charge welect and it does not

You may have to adapt the connector to fit the radio

To make it work with an ac adapter you will probably need to connect the internal carbon or alkaline battery tray to the adapter directly or put a female jack connected to the battery tray were the adapter could be connected to
