The roller stick has been helpful in reducing the muscle tightness in my leg

I am thrilled with the muscle roller stick while not quite as effective as rolling on a large firm foam roller i have used it occasionally on a very persistent and troublesome pirisformis muscle that causes sciatica most days with decent results

that being said it does pack nicely in an overnight bag if you are a hard core athlete you may not find this stick to be beefy enough but for the average active person i think you will be pleased with its ability to roll out knots and tense muscles
