Some complain about not having enough leverage to open the case if its a bracelet i recommend opening the bracelet by removing a tension bar in the divers clasp or opening a link

The only down side i see to this product is that the watch case opener only comes with the pins that are installed they can not be changed to accommodate a wider variety of case backs

The case opener also works kind of like opening a jar there is no leverage like you might get from one that has a handle

Overall it works well but i could see some running into problems depending on the type of watch back they are trying to open
